The wiki system can inform [[http://support.tq-group.com/doku.php?id=en&do=register|registered users]] by an e-mail if a page has been changed. Click on the button "Manage Subscriptions" at the end of this page. You can select whether the system informs you about changes of the current page (default) or all pages in the current [[http://www.dokuwiki.org/de:namespaces|namespace]] ("*").

By clicking on "Overview" below right you get an overview of the structure of the wiki and its namespaces.
