How to install Linux on TQMx50UC

Install Win32 Disk Imager Tool on the Host

Download an iso-image of the distribution you want to install (e.g Ubuntu or Debian)

Open the Win32 Disk Imager Tool

Choose the downloaded iso-image and the USB-Stick

Click on write to burn the image

Connect the USB-Stick to the TQMx50UC

Boot the TQMx50UC in to the UEFI

Go to SCU, Boot and choose under Boot Type “UEFI Boot Type”

Press F10 to Save and Exit

Boot the TQMx50UC in to the UEFI

Go to the Boot Manager and select the EFI USB Device

Now the System will boot from the USB-Stick

Click on Install «chosen Linux Distribution»
