Cooling kit for TQM1042/STK1042

+ Thermal paste (no pic yet)

1. Remove both protective films and place soft-silicone film on heat spreader
   
2. Screw heat sink onto heat spreader
   
3. Optional: Mount fan
   1. Attach connector to fan
      
   2. Mount fan on heatsink
      
4. Apply thermal paste on CPU die
5. Place cooling kit on top of CPU module
6. Put springs into heatsink
   
7. Screw cooling kit to carrier board
   
   1. Evenly tighten all four screws carefully
   2. Loosen each screw by approx. ¼ to ½ turn
