TQMa94xxLA - YOCTO Linux BSP documentation

Prerelease - Work in Progress!

The TQMa94xxLA pre-release BSP is not officially available on GitHub yet, the BSP sources have to be patched to support this new platform. Follow the instructions below to patch and build the TQMa94xxLA BSP.
